A personal account will be created before logging in and will be used for the following registration, paying, and submission processes.

Online payment.

Receipt of Registration
Receipts can be downloaded after payment.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations will be subject to the following conditions

1. All cancellation and refund requests must be applied and submitted online, if you have any questions, you can e-mail us at

If there are special circumstances that require cancellation of participation and application for a refund, please log in to the personal registration management of the personal centebefore 23:59 Chinese Standard Time(UTC+8) on November 5, 2023 to apply for a refund, and notify the organizer by email, stating the registration number, name of the registrant, mobile phone number or email address of the registrant, and the reason why the application for a refund. The organizer will reply via email to confirm the cancellation of participation and refund matters.

3. After 11:59 pm on November 5, 2023, China Standard Time (UTC+8), the organizer will no longer accept refund applications and the registration fee already paid will not be refunded.

4. Representatives who have registered for payment and have not applied for cancellation of participation before the specified time and no show will not be refunded.

5. All refunds will be refunded within 60 days after the end of the meeting.

6. All refunds will be issued back to the original payment type.
